The staff is great and attentive, clean, very helpful in telling you how to get around town.
Rooms were nice and comfortable, the pool was clean, the gym was small but in good care, morning buffet was actually better than I expected, the only disadvantage was that my suite supposedly suited for up to 6people had just one bathroom, apart from that, nice Overall experience
Great rooms. Size, cleanliness, service. Great comp breakfast!!. Free shuttle around a 4-5 mile distance to distination. Employees are very very pleasant. Except for the girl in the restaurant. When we would go have our breakfast each morning since the 1st day she looked like she disliked us. Very unpleasant and just sits at the back counter and plays with her cell phone. I think she wears glasses, kind of short, not too pretty. Probably that is why she is so misserable 1st thing in the morning. Because she is the 1st thing she sees. Sorry for being so outspoken but that is how i work, either you earn it or you dont. The hotel, i will absouletly recommend it to everyone in San Diego...i work for a big company and they are always traveling. I will come back to this hotel for sure next time!.. Good free breakfast, good view from the 6th floor where we stayed. They also had a pool and a gym. And rooms had AC and a good amount of space. Shower didn't drain cause the floor wasn't slanted towards the drain but it wasn't a huge deal.
This Hotel is simply the best! The employees stay the same & provide impeccable and polite service. It truly is a breath of fresh air staying here. Its safe & secure. Amazing breakfast in the morning. Outstanding room service at night- Just ask for Juanito! Seriously the customer service HERE gives me hope. Because it so bad! everywhere else- Im mean every where man! with exception to this DIAMOND !!
Rooms are good sized and have a lot of amenities but it would be great to have a microwave to heat last minute cravings! Breakfast is great, and fresh.
Great service, this is my place of stay every time I visit irapuato. Very good breakfast service (complementary) very clean rooms very cozy. Front desk staff very nice people, my guest room attendant NADIA was outstanding.
